Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how course-fee refunds are handled by WebNSolutions. Please read it carefully before enrolling in a paid course or training program.
Last updated: 21 September 2026The only exception is where WebNSolutions or the assigned instructor is unable to deliver the paid course or required lectures and the training cannot be completed as promised.
1. General Refund Policy
All course fees paid to WebNSolutions are considered final and non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed.
By completing payment and enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Why Course Fees Are Non-Refundable
WebNSolutions is focused on providing practical, quality education through live instruction, structured lessons, guidance, and hands-on learning. Instructor time, class planning, course preparation, and student support are reserved once a student enrolls.
We also intentionally keep our course fees affordable and lower than many comparable training options and platforms. Because we aim to provide strong practical value at an accessible fee, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or other personal reasons after enrollment.
3. The Only Refund Exception
A refund may be available only if WebNSolutions or the assigned instructor is unable to deliver the paid course or the required lectures and the training cannot be completed as promised.
A temporary schedule change, postponed lecture, or rescheduled class does not automatically qualify for a refund if the affected lecture is subsequently delivered.
If WebNSolutions permanently cannot provide the remaining training, the affected student may contact us so the refund eligibility can be reviewed according to the undelivered course commitment.
4. Situations That Do Not Qualify for a Refund
Except for the instructor-delivery exception described above, refunds are not provided for reasons including:
- Changing your mind after enrollment or payment.
- Missing live classes or choosing not to attend.
- Personal, work, study, travel, or scheduling conflicts.
- Internet, device, software, or connectivity problems on the student’s side.
- Failure to complete assignments, practice work, or course activities.
- Deciding that you no longer wish to continue after the course has started.
- Purchases made from third-party providers, such as domain names, web hosting, software, or other external services.
5. Student Responsibility Before Enrollment
Students are encouraged to review the course outline, class schedule, fee, learning format, and other published details before making payment.
If anything is unclear, please contact WebNSolutions before enrolling. Making payment confirms that you have reviewed the available course information and accept the applicable fee and refund terms.
6. Refund Requests Under the Exception
If you believe your situation falls within the instructor-delivery exception described in this policy, please contact WebNSolutions and include enough information for us to identify your enrollment and review the request.
Any approved refund will apply only where the course or required lectures could not be delivered by WebNSolutions or the instructor as described above.
7. Policy Updates
WebNSolutions may update this Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in course delivery, operational practices, or applicable requirements. The latest version published on this website will apply to future enrollments from its effective date.
